At House of Marivelle, we want you to be completely enamored with your home selections. If a piece doesn't perfectly suit your space, we offer returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are in place to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
